ZillowVERIFIED The house we sold was 100 years old. Multiple road blocks happened with findings from an old survey and the inspection. There were tense times with the initial buyer and their realtor, Stacy communicated with them skillfully. We sometimes felt like she didnt understand our position that an old house, is an old house and will never be a new house. There were tense times between us and Stacy, due to the issues that kept coming up with the house and buyers. We were frustrated and expressed our frustration , but she continued to be professional and kind. She always responded quickly to texts and emails. The house was sold and for that we are very grateful. We are thankful for Stacys efforts, this was not an easy sale, she worked hard and I know she is glad we are out of her hair!

I initially called her because she was highly recommended by my son and daughter in law, AS WELL as my daughter in law's parents. We currently live in PA, and plan to keep a residence here, and also purchase something in NC. During our conversation, I indicated that while I was 'iterested' in Raleigh, NC real estate, I really did not have an exact timeframe, OR really know the type of living space I needed/desired. Talk about vague:). Stacy listened to my concerns, needs and family dynamic, and quickly shared her thoughts. All the while, never any pressure. We met a few months later, and Stacy spent an ENTIRE day showing us a myriad of homes. While nothing from this outing came to fruition, Stacy remained focused, responsive, and engaged as we navigated a larger geographic radius from our initial thoughts. We found our dream home about two months later, and Stacy helped immensely to work with the seller to ensure we were fairly represented AND heard. She never left her foot off the gas. It seems that most agents these days act like they are entitled to their commission simply for listing the property on MLS or showing their clients a few homes to purchase. Not Stacy. Her kindness and understanding, coupled with her knowledge of the areas in NC and ability to negotiate with other parties enabled me to find a house I could afford and move in when I needed to after the sale of my house in Florida. She understood my wishes and found a house that really suited me without me even seeing it. When I listed it this spring with Stacy, she worked closely with me, advising on repairs, staging and getting it ready to sell. It went under contract OVER asking in one day. The process of closing was difficult due to septic repairs required, but Stacy was there every step of the way to work with the contractors & county to assure completion as I had already moved to Texas. She went above and beyond what any agent would do. Her attitude is incredibly positive and she is always happy and helpful. I highly recommend her! She has an extensive network of contacts for any repairs or work you may need if you are selling too. A++ for Stacy, I really don't think my closing would have happened without her. I also believe it was her positive attitude that kept the buyers assured that it all would work out. And it did!
