ZillowVERIFIEDShe was very patient and helpful with us. She's good. . Really good. She showed us so many properties and detailed our searches to our specific needs. She was honest when we had rose colored glasses on about some properties, and she encouraged us in others. When we thought we'd never find a good house, she helped us.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy made this process incredibly easy. As first time buyers we really didn't know much. During the entire process, she taught us things to look out for and things to keep in mind. I am so appreciative of Stacy and her help during this process. I'm sure COVID-19 made this a little harder, but Stacy made this feel like a breeze.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the best! Stacy stayed on top of everything and kept us updated. She worked closely with the buyers' agents to insure things were completed. Stacy called plumber's and service providers to get quotes to help insure we received the best quality service and a fair price.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were so fortunate to be connected with Stacy Maglio. Stacey was always available to shows us homes as well as answer any questions. Also, she was infinitely patient with our needs regarding our search for our perfect home. Stacy was consistently professional throughout the home-buying process. Our first speed bump we encountered was after we found the home we wanted. Our original loan officer never returned calls. We are so thankful that Stacy was able to introduce us to a new loan officer and prevent any further delays. I would highly recommend Mrs. Stacy Maglio as your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED I was wondering how much my home was worth. Stacy evaluated the market in my neighborhood to determine my home value. She also provided me with home improvements ideas to get the most out of my home. It was not the right time for me to sell, but I will definitely contact her for future needs.
