She asked if she could show me a property tomorrow. When tomorrow came she said her mother had health issues and couldnt make it. So excuses instead of results. Just saying

Tracy is a talented and knowledgeable realtor in LHC. She knows the market, understood the hick-ups that occurred in my home sale and skillfully negotiated with the buyers to successfully close to everyones satisfaction. She was responsive, courteous, and I know I could trust her with any future real estate transactions or question. I would recommend her to anyone needing professional representation. Great job Stacy and thank you !

We interviewed Stacy Johnson as our potential realtor and on the very next day or two she called to say that her partner Paul Bruce had a likely buyer. The sale moved almost immediately into escrow. Stacey, as our representative, guided us calmly through each step, answered our questions clearly and quickly, offered to find local help for what the house inspector wanted attended to, and of course had instant and cordial communication with Paul, the buyers representative. It all went as smoothly as could be. We are grateful to both of them. They were honest and worked quickly and were unfailingly reliable and supportive.

I love working with Stacy. She worked with us for almost 2 years. In the beginning we werent able to buy anything because of financing and then a year later we were back on board and she was right there with us never skipping a beat. She is fun and sees potential in homes and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She talked to us almost every day after we got into escrow and then came over after we closed with gifts. First class service I have recommended her to my friends pushing them to buy a home in Havasu!!!

Stacy is awesome and hard working. I would definitely use her again in the future! In todays real estate market there are more details to attend to than in years past so you need an agent who is willing to do what it takes.

Stacy Johnson and Paul Bruce worked with my family and I for approximately a year finding a home in Lake Havasu. We had a group of family members with varying desires and criteria. Paul and Stacy worked together to identify our needs, show us a wide variety of properties. Once we located a property, it was a short sale which required additional negotiation. Stacy and Paul stuck with it and handled the sale very professionally. I have since recommended several others to them and would certainly use them for any needs in the Lake Havasu area.

Stacy was very thorough and was tireless in finding us exactly what we were looking for. She was very helpful in property evaluation, identification of potential property and structural issues. From start to finish she was available working with us to make this a very simple process. Stacy has a very good understanding of the Lake Havasu Real Estate market and is quick to respond.
