I have known her as a parent for many years due to her children attending the school I worked for in the past. She already exudes impeccable integrity and deep kindness to everyone. With that in mind, we thought she would be the perfect person to assist us in this big decision specially because we are giving up a very treasured home for 10 years. Her professionalism was evident in every meeting and communications. She explains everything in detail each step of the way. Any questions or concerns were encouraged openly and honestly. So as a client, we were in a position where we saw our options clearly and felt confident that we were making the right decisions. Her marketing tools are impressive as shown in her brochure and on the MLS. I had fun during the shoot as she prepared the house for staging. As a result, within days multiple offers were on the table. What stands out is that she delivered the sale with her generous time (even in between much needed family time) and effort given the many struggles we encountered. She was true to her work as an agent during the difficult times between buyer and seller. She went above and beyond her calling to make the deal timely and efficient. We could not imagine any other realtor representing us to facilitate this transaction given what we have been through. Overall, Stacy is a very valuable agent in the real estate profession. Stacy worked diligently with our loan officer and escrow agent because I wanted to close as quick as possible because I was leaving out of town. After closing Stacy still keeps in contact and helps us with anything we regarding our home, in a way I felt like an extended family member. As a result I recommended a friend who shortly after closed and my fiance also recommended a friend who closed too.
