Our story is that we hired Stacy to sell our home. We think she is incredible!A We were worried about the current buyer'sA market and that it would take forever to sell.A With Stacy'sA help, advice,A and service, we sold our home less than the average selling time within our neighborhood.A A She is very professional and easy to work with.A She was honest with us and set realistic expectations for us!A A We did do her staging recommendation,A and that was worth it.A A The bonus for usA was that it gave us ideas for decorating,A whichA we followed and love.A A She is very sharp in negotiatingA and gave us excellent advice when questions arose.A She really looks in her clients'A best interest and stays up-to-dateA on current laws and legislation.A Stacy did not cut cornersA when it came to marketing our home.A She promotedA it in every wayA she could to get it sold.A She worked late hours to make sure our saleA went perfectly.A A Her team that she works with is fabulous as well.A A I 100% recommend Stacy

Stacy Blair recently sold our home in Parker, CO that we put a lot of heart and soul into and she helped us purchase our dream home just a few miles up the road. She and her team were there every step of the way and made sure that we knew what to expect next; even being nine months pregnant, she made this potentially stressful process so simple. I highly recommend Stacy and her team to sell and/or purchase your home!

Stacy Blair got me $100,000.00 over asking!!! Stacy is amazing! She did a complete market analysis and listed the house right. Then she did a full color glossy brochure for buyers to take, and brochures at her street sign for interested parties to take. She did an open house that generated so much traffic my neighbors were calling me to find out what was going on! Stacy created so much interest in my house that buyers were bidding on it! In the end. She got me $100K over asking! She helped me vet the offers, she negotiated with the buyer for more than I was going to ask for, and she came to closing to represent me. Stacy is a smart, determined, and professional. Stacy is my Realtor, and she should be yours!

Stacy assisted us with the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home and she couldn't have done a better job. She sold our old, dilapidated home for almost 30k over asking and worked tirelessly to get us in a new home in this extremely challenging buyers market. Her work ethic, responsiveness, expertise, and charming personality shined through during the whole process.

My husband and I could not have been happier with Stacy. We moved to Colorado from out of state (stressful), and she seemed to make the whole process smooth and painless. Stacy was very thorough, sending emails with listings of houses which met our requirements (not an easy task!). She made herself available for showings during the times we would be in town. Once we made an offer on a home, she helped with negotiations in a very timely manner, and I wholeheartedly believe she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. She is always pleasant, prompt, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Stacy to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.

Highly recommend. We used Stacy to search for and purchase a home in the Denver area from out of state. With excellent listening and querying skills combined with great market knowledge, she translated our requirements and wishes into a list of candidate homes in all of our communities of interest Her communications are thorough and efficient, whether by text, email, web link, or phone call. All-star negotiator.
