Let me tell you the story of how Stacy helped me buy my first home. I woke up early one morning, about 6 am, and got on Zillow to search for homes. I found the one I wanted and sent a message through this site. She called me around 9 am and asked if I wanted to see the property. We made an appointment and she gave me the number of the gentleman that would get me pre approved. At 11 am we met and I decided to buy the condo. We had until 4 pm that day to make an offer. She came up with a deal that won me the bid. I found my condo on December 5th, and by December 30th the deal closed. The team that she works with moves fast. I spent New Years Eve in my new home. I can not recommend Stacy enough. Thank you Stacy!

Stacy was a delight to work with. We sold my mother's house, and Stacy was sensitive to the bittersweet nature of the process. I was impressed with the way she handled every little bump or hiccup in the process. She has a group of very experienced, friendly people who she works with frequently. Together, they made us comfortable through the entire process. Stacy has a thorough knowledge of real estate in this area. When we first contacted her, she knew that the house across the street had recently sold and its price. She suggested updates to the house that would help our sale. When we were ready, she priced the house competitively and we had an offer in less than a week and closed within the month.
