I had the difficult task of selling the Tallahassee property long-distance from Atlanta on behalf of a friend who moved into Assisted Living. I could only make three brief visits to prepare for selling, plus I had to deal with tenants who were dragging their feet in leaving. I've never sold property before, and a good friend referred me to Stacie. Not only did she walk me through the process, in detail, with complete transparency as to where points could get held up or go off-plan, she advised me on how to interact with the difficult tenants and represented me twice in person face to face with them during times I was unable to travel to Tallahassee. She also arranged for community groups to collect furniture from the property that were unable to be relocated to the assisted living home and personally oversaw their presence on the property as my agent. She is thoughtful, dedicated, and makes you feel like you're her only client. She volunteers to go the extra mile without you having to ask for it. I cannot recommend Stacie enough and will go straight to her for my future real estate needs in Tallahassee.
