1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
If you are getting a mortgage, have your lender or agent calculate the payment of the homes. This is what is really going to affect you, not the sales price of the home. Also, realize that no house is going to have all the features you want, but narrow down your criteria to the "must haves."
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
I set up a stager appointment with you to go through your home. Take their advice, declutter, and most importantly, keep you house squeaky clean. Hire a housekeeper if needed. Try to not decline any showings as most people do not come back as they end up finding something. When you leave your house in the morning, leave it as if you have a showing that day, even if you don't. Sometimes showings get scheduled at the last minute and you want to be able to show the house in its best condition.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients from sellers, luxury home buyers, investors buying cash, short sale sellers, foreclosure purchasers, new home construction
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Honestly, most of my transactions go very smoothly
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
We are three sisters and are all realtors. The middle sister is the one who started this trend. I was her showing agent for my first year.

Horrible, very passive aggressive do not work with her if you're a first time home buyer! She pressure me to get into a contract where the terms were exclusive agent for 60 days and I politely asked if she could make it 30day and she refused. So I said okay I will work with someone else thanks for your time. She then get escalated and sends me a bitter message saying my agent doesn't appreciate there time if the contract is property specific or 30 days and I told her well I appreciate my agent time and flexible in the contract and that why I chose them and Not you. She then gets more escalated trying to justify her positions and I told her to leave me alone and she starts harassing me with phone calls and messages saying I am harassing her lol. I thought your supposed to be a proffessional. I have the msg screenshots.
