ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Staci when purchasing a historic home right by Forsyth Park. She represented us as the buyers while also representing the seller of the home. During our first showing, she was very disengaged and on her phone most of the time. I felt so bad for the sellers and felt like she was not representing the home in the best way. We actually loved the house and had been looking at the home for several years so we decided to put in an offer. I really wish we would have had a different realtor to represent us. The biggest challenge we faced with Staci was poor communication. For example, she incorrectly told the sellers that we were pulling out of the deal. This nearly killed the entire transaction. Staci apologized for misunderstanding, but the miscommunication came from primarily communicating (against my wishes) via text because she didn't have time to talk over the phone. One of the other big issues that we had is that she did not get any of the negotiations in writing. So we agreed upon a deal, and then the seller backed out on the deal after some time when she finally went to have the contract signed. I got the sense during the entire transaction that Staci was overwhelmed, burnt out, and cutting corners to get by. When it came time to close, she did not even show up to the closing. We had no keys and no garage clickers for a multiple million dollar house. She left us to work with a locksmith to get keys and had us pay for the bill. Several months later, she sent out a mass email to her entire constituency to announce that our house won an award on HGTV. It was very cold to find this out via a mass email vs. contacting us directly to let us know. We will not be working with Staci again.
