There are too many examples of what a fine realtor she is to list them all here, so I'll limit it to 3.First, Stacey is a problem solver. The house I sold was 45 yrs old and there were some problems, both big and small, that showed up on inspection. Stacey knew a handyman who fixed the small stuff for a reasonable price. When the septic needed to be replaced she took care of finding someone to replace it and worked with the county inspectors to get the permit needed. When my movers cancelled my move THE DAY OF my move Stacey somehow found a moving company to come and move my things on time. Second, she is conscientious. There is so much paperwork that needs to be filled out, signed, and returned in a timely manner, and that paperwork isn't easy to understand. Stacey read over everything and was able to answer any questions I had. She knows the job so well she was on top of what needed to be done and when. Because of this both of my closings went smoothly.Third, Stacey is a great communicator. She kept me informed every step of the way, usually through text. When I had questions or concerns Stacey always got back to me quickly, often within a few minutes. There were times she just checked in to see how things were going.So if you need a realtor I highly recommend Stacey Vinson!

Stacey will go to battle for you and has saved me a lot of headache and money, she's an excellent negotiator and very helpful throughout all steps in the process. She helped me find a house that I ended up signing a contract to purchase, and helped us when we encountered some issues with the builder where they had given us incorrect information that we based our buying decision on, we ultimately retracted from that purchase and Stacey helped us fight to get our deposit back; we then found another home with Stacey's help that exceeded our expectations and closed shortly there after. This is my second home purchase and It had been quite a long time since I first purchased a house, she was very supportive and patient when I didn't remember how certain things worked.
