We looked with Stacey for about 2 months and were not finding what we wanted. So, without us even having to ask, she posted on a Facebook group saying she had two clients (me and my boyfriend) that are looking to buy in the Waterford area and what our criteria was. Someone ended up reaching out to Stacey with their listing. They hadnt even put this house on the market yet so we didnt have anyone to out bid us or anything and we ended up buying our DREAM HOME for the perfect price! I can honestly say we would not be here now without Stacey. She was sooooo amazing, she did not try to just sell anything that we looked at, she was extremely honest and told us if she thought something was not worth it (which is a HUGE quality to have in a realtor). She met with us a couple times before we were ready to put the house up for sale. Once we did, the whole process went like clockwork. Beautiful aerial pictures were taken giving a complete overview of the exterior of the house while interior photos captured its full character. Two days later, the house was on the market. Stacey gave us an app that showed the day and time appointments were made to show the house. And less than 1 week on the market, we got an offer for our asking price.
