Stacey was great to work with. This was our fourth escrow attempt in the Arnold area, and she was solid through all of them aEUR" including the ones that didnt work out. She knows the local market really well, which showed up in how she approached pricing, negotiations, and overall strategy. She helped us find and close an off-market deal, and the transaction itself had a lot going on, including delays from a major snowstorm. She stayed on top of everything and kept things moving without adding unnecessary pressure. What I appreciated most was her judgment. She doesnt overpush, gives practical advice, and is very straightforward about tradeoffs. It never felt like she was trying to aEURoesellaEUR? us on anything. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which matters a lot when things get time-sensitive. Id absolutely work with Stacey again.
