ZillowVERIFIED Stacey is an awesome real estate agent who not only fulfilled all of the usual things you'd want in a real estate agent (knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, prompt, organized, etc), but she is also a genuinely good person. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her through every step in the process and were very happy with the results of her hard work. We are so glad we found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had a great house hunting experience with Stacey! She is very knowledgeable about the greater Erie area--something that was very helpful since we moved from out of state. She remained flexible to our schedules (including answering questions at any time of day and helping us finalize our contracts while we were out of the country) and offered support at every stage of the process. Stacey went above and beyond by ensuring that lingering issues were taken care of after we moved in. Her expertise led us to our dream home--couldn't recommend her enough!

From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the process of buying and then subsequently selling our home as smooth and stress-free as possible. Staceys knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication were truly impressive. ZillowVERIFIED When my family and I moved to Erie, Stacey was one of the first realtors I found in my search process that got back to me quickly. She was extremely responsive to our quick timeline and always had time to respond to emails/texts/calls. I felt like she went out of her way to keep the process on schedule. We've relied on her knowledge for contacts for different things in Erie, which has been very helpful. She very quickly became a friend as well as a resource. I highly recommend Stacy!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a true pleasure working with Stacey Santos from beginning to end! We were moving back to the Erie area after being in the South, and needed to spend a little time finding the perfect home. We looked at dozens and dozens of homes throughout the 7-8 months that we looked. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a quick decision, but Stacey was always right there if we needed anything and lovely to get to know personally. When it came time for any questions we had, she was always knowledgable and always eager to help. It was such an easy and seamless process to work with her, especially when it came time to scheduling things and getting things ready for the close date. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey was recommended to my husband and I by a coworker and she was fantastic from start to finish. She booked viewings within a day around my busy work life and gave us actual helpful advice on the condition of houses, not pressuring us into properties that wouldn't have suited our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the condition of the properties we viewed and was able to advise us on what needed fixing, to give us a more accurate impression of the true cost of buying the house. After our offer was accepted she helped us every step of the way in finalizing the sale, giving us a list of her contacts to make choosing home inspectors, lawyers, and mortgage brokers easier. As first time buyers this was invaluable and saved us a whole load of stress. If given the opportunity to work with her again we 100% would, and couldn't recommend her more, I've already been recommending her to friends and family. If you're looking to buy property Stacey is professional, friendly, and accommodating.

ZillowVERIFIED I have moved several times during the last 20 years with my company. each of those moves required a sale of a home. Stacey is by far the best real estate professional we have had the privilege to work with. She is honest, knowledgeable and has a host of contacts that can solve almost any issue that comes up. On this move, we were out of touch for the last 3 weeks of the escrow process and Stacey was there every day keeping an eye on the house and property, helping the landscaper, the cleaning company, etc, she did so much for us. We are very grateful to and for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey was absolutely terrific to work with, organized, very responsive, and provided great guidance as we sold my mother's house in Erie. Stacey was super accommodating with showing the house with my 85 year old mother there. She listed the house on a Wed evening and expected us to be under contract by the weekend, and she was right! We moved my mother out before the house closed, and did a remote closing, and Stacey helped us throughout. I highly recommend Stacey.

ZillowVERIFIED .I love Stacey. I mean, what's not to love. She is so kind and so intelligent. Buying a home long distance is a real challenge. I was in California and my home purchase was in Erie. I'm moving back to my hometown to retire. My first attempt in November of 2020 failed. I found a house in my old neighborhood, but upon inspection it proved to have some issues and unfortunately the deal fell through. Disenchanted, it took another 8 months before locating a second option. It was home in a neighborhood where I had always wanted to live. Over the months, Stacey remained engaged, was incredibly responsive, and in the end she helped me to realize my hope of finding the right home, in the right neighborhood, at the right price. She represented my interests impeccably from offer through to closing, keeping me fully informed along the way of any issues or concerns. Stacey provided great resources for inspection, financing, and closing. I relied on her heavily to point me to solid resources for all aspects of my home purchase. The inspector was aces, my financing was a breeze, and the closing process went off without a hitch, all in large part due to her being my eyes and ears on the ground, as I was 3000 miles away. I can not recommend her services enough. But be careful, you may fall in love with your realtor... which really isn't such a bad thing. Just realize everyone else is in love with her too. Good luck!

ZillowVERIFIED We found Stacey as a result of a referral from our agent in the area where we moved. Were very glad we did. We really like Staceys low pressure style. There is nothing more annoying than an overly aggressive realtor! When we first met, we werent quite ready to list yet. Stacey was very patient with us. We met several times and Stacey gave us many useful tips to prepare our home for sale. Ours was in the upper price range so there were fewer buyers at that level, even in a hot sellers market. Yet we had two offers within the first few weeks of listing, and successfully closed in about 4 months. Stacey is very responsive and professional. She always got back to us promptly when we contacted her. The most important skill of of an agent is to deal with the inevitable issues that appear once the sale contract is signed. Stacey navigated this road expertly. We are very pleased with Stacey and enthusiastically give her our highest recommendation.
