Gary and Morgan were fabulous throughout the process of purchasing our rental house. They would answer messages immediately, helped with recommendations and contractors, and even helped the seller to make sure the deal went through. We interviewed a few agents in Lubbock before being connected to Gary and Morgan. We highly recommend Gary and Morgan especially if you are out of town buyers. We live in the Houston area and bought our college daughter a condo. Gary was super familiar with the area and made us all feel like family throughout the whole process.
