ZillowVERIFIEDStacey went above and beyond to help us find our home. We moved from Ohio, so it was challenging to find the perfect home remotely. She would set up home tours and connect with us via video so we could veiw it with her. We could not have made this move without her! She made finding a house seem easy. . She even helped us AFTER we moved in by contacting the seller and got things fixed! Like I said, above and beyond! We trust her opinion and professional prowess. We have connected several family and friends with her, and the feel the same way!
ZillowVERIFIEDI first met Stacey in 2017 when looking to purchase our current home. I had been with a realtor who was very slow in pulling listings and he really had no ambition. After the third home we put an offer in was too late I be accepted, I was done and happened to find a home Stacey had listed was showing. That home wasn't for us and after many options and showing us probably 25 homes, we found "the one" and our offer was accepted the same day because Stacey was quick to jump on it. It was my first home purchase and I had lots of questions and anxiety over it, but she handled everything for us. Anytime I called her she was quick to resolve my questions and my fears. I've recently called on Stacey since my Father passed away and we had to sell his house. We didn't list with her because honestly the condition of the home was such that we were barley going to make any profit after the reverse mortgage payoff, but again, she made time to come see the house, gave me guidance and took the time to answer all my questions... because, yet again, I've never sold a house. I had no idea what I was doing. Stacey is a true professional, honest and caring. She does a phenomenal job and she will help you just as she did with my family. She won't disappoint!
ZillowVERIFIEDStacey was with me all the way with my home purchase out of state. I highly recommend her - she made the process easy and we had some fun along the way.
ZillowVERIFIEDStacey went above and beyond to help me find my dream home. She always made herself available to me anytime I needed her. Stacey is a total professional and I would recommend her to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently contacted Stacey to sell our home in St. Pete. From staging, photography and other pre-sale prep to appraisal, title and closing, Stacey and her team put more effort in to making the entire process easy, more than any other realtor Ive ever worked with. Even in our absence, we always knew she was there overseeing every step and buttoning up the details on our behalf. Stacey is extremely professional, maintains constant communication and truly cares about her clients!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDStacey was amazing! Not only was she super knowledgeable on the whole process, but walked us through every step of the way with professionalism and humor. She not only took us through the steps but anticipated several steps ahead. She went above and beyond! I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house on the St Pete area. Its a big step, but she made it easy!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is my the 7th home I have purchased in my life time and by far this was the best experience in home purchasing. I have to give Stacey the the majority of the credit. She found a perfect fit for what we were looking for in our vacation/retirement to be home. We are extremely happy with it. She helped me to negotiate a fair deal and even got the seller to kick in the model furniture that was displayed in the home. She hooked me up with a loan broker that was extremely professional and got me an excellent rate. She did my walk through for me with the contractor as I live in Maine and this home is in FLorida. She found several small items that needed correction. When we finally went to see the house four weeks after closing the house was in perfect shape. She guided all parties through the closing and we closed before the original projected date. Every detail was watched by her and she even found some mistakes and got them corrected immediately in the final contract. As I mentioned I live in Maine and the home we bought is in Florida so that alone is stressful, but Stacey earned my trust and it was actually a fun and stressless business transition. Then when we had appliances and additional finished items sent to the house she even assisted me in making sure the deliveries were accomplished without any issue because she was on the other end intercepting the deliveries. Talk about going above and beyond! I would highly recommend Stacey as your real estate agent. She takes her job seriously and works diligently on behalf of her clients. Thank you Stacey for your expertise and making this purchase fun!
ZillowVERIFIEDI truly felt I was in excellent hands when I was shopping for a home in Florida. Living in Maine made it that more difficult since we had only certain windows of opportunity to visit FL and look for a home. She nailed it. And when we negotiated she was all over it and truly got what I feel the best deal possible. Then through the financing part of the deal she watched every number and ensured I received accurate numbers. She was all over the details and actually got it so we were able to close a little earlier relieving me of that stress. She helped me with the walk through, the appraisal and all the other issues that come up with closing a home purchase. Shes even helping me with a delivery being made at my new home on her day off! It was actually an enjoyable process with Stacey. She cares about her clients and it shows. Thank you Stacey for being there for me. You did an excellent job!
ZillowVERIFIEDSelling our home with Stacey was an absolutely great experience. She communicated every step of the process, never leaving us wondering what was going on or where we stood. All the way through to the effortless closing, the whole process was handled professionally! Very highly recommend Stacey!
ZillowVERIFIEDI recently used Stacey for both the sale and purchase of a new home, both of which were simple and easy! Stacey comes fully equipped with an arsenal of professionals from inspectors to cleaners to plumbers who are also quick and professional. Within a couple days we received an excellent offer on the house I was selling and closed in under a month. The purchase of my new Home was equally as quick and easy.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe looked at a lot of homes before I found the perfect one. When I would see a listing I liked, she would schedule a showing right away, and work around my schedule. She would discuss the pros and cons to help me make an informed decision. I highly recommend her.
