About Rachel Duerr
Real estate may be the work Rachel Duerr does, but Northwest Arkansas is the place that shaped her. Her family first arrived in Fayetteville in the 1960s, drawn in by the University of Arkansas and quickly falling in love with the hills, the people, and the unmistakable charm of the region. Rachel grew up woven into that story, watching the area grow, shift, and evolve, always knowing she was meant to be part of its future.
Long before she became a broker, Rachel was the kid who begged her mom to drive around looking for For Sale By Owners or who spent evenings watching House Hunters when other kids were watching cartoons. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Child Development from the University of Arkansas, she began her career in education, but the pull toward real estate never left. In 2013, she finally made the leap, and everything clicked.
What began as curiosity became a career, then a calling. Rachel discovered she loved the hunt of problem solving, the thrill of guiding clients across the finish line, and the challenge of navigating real estate's complicated corners with integrity. Over the next decade, she built not only a respected career but a reputation for doing what is right even when no one is watching. When she became a broker, her two worlds of education and real estate finally came together. She found her stride in training and mentoring agents, helping them see the bigger picture, guiding them through the difficult moments in their transactions, and showing them the funny, surprising, and sometimes wild case-law stories behind the contracts they use every day. That is when she knew this was the work she was meant to do.
Rachel's philosophy is simple: educate, advocate, and elevate. She wants her clients to feel cared for, attended to, and fully supported, like they have a best friend who happens to be an expert in Northwest Arkansas real estate. Her depth of market knowledge, unwavering ethics, and passion for helping people succeed set her apart in a region she knows intimately.
That same spirit shapes her work with SoHo NWA, a team defined by community, collaboration, and a shared obsession with real estate. Together, they deliver a boutique level of service, supported by the strength and innovation of eXp Realty. As a leader, Rachel believes in mutual respect, cooperation, and shared success, fostering a culture where her agents' goals and growth are a central part of the mission. Seeing them succeed is one of the great joys of her career.
Outside of real estate, Rachel's world is full and joyfully chaotic in the best way. She is a wife to her best friend, a mom to two wonderful kids, and the proud owner of three golden retrievers. On weekends, you will find her family tangled in leashes at the Fayetteville Farmers' Market, wandering the trails, or simply enjoying life in the Northwest Arkansas community she has loved since the beginning.
