ZillowVERIFIED We reached out to Chris after he came highly recommended and we gradually discovered through working with him that he is not native to Dayton and does not know the area as well as other local realtors. We explained to Chris what we were looking for in a home and he hastily showed us homes that were well beneath our purchase price and after we questioned him about it was evident that he did not know the area or have an ounce of customer service as he blew off my family's needs by not responding promptly and not engaging with our unique family. He carries a clear inability to work with diverse populations. There was a few instances where he showed up 30-45 minutes late to the showings looking incredibly unprofessional. Our last straw was when he promised to show us houses and then called me 10 minutes before and asked me to reschedule for the following week. I would not suggest you use Chris as your realtor, he is a not professional, timely nor a native to Dayton. I am extremely disapointed and question other reviews on this site.

He is a hard working, kind, professional, courteous, attentive, and most of all honest human being.We quickly learned his love for the military families and all they go through shaped how he treated his clients. His understanding of the stresses during a PCS, living overseas, and buying houses in places you haven't lived made the home buying process so much easier. We started the search with our cap and he never showed us houses over that amount (to try to entice us for more). He even called off deals as soon as he learned people were being dishonest about measurements. We saw his integrity when we realized he could have benefited from not sharing information and could have taken advantage of our "site unseen" situation.The greatest reason we recommend him is not only because of all these but because he treats his clients like family. He values our investments and bargains as low as possible to save his clients money. His team is hard working and attentive to every detail. Contact him today, not only does he work all hours and have great contacts, he will not waste your time. If you are fortunate to work with him, you will understand why so many rave about his character. Business men like him are hard to find nowadays. Even after the deed was finalized, he was still helping us get connected into the community. He is unlike any other realtor we have worked with in the past and we will certainly go to him if when we plan to sell the home.We were blessed to have had the experience with his company.
