ZillowVERIFIEDStacey was able to sell our home at a great price. We received an offer very quickly. She made suggestions for landscaping and helped select nice plants to give our home nice curb appeal.

My house had to be sold within a few months. I already had a real estate agent but nothing was happening. I went on Gordon Ramsey's website and looked for a new agent. Stacey was the first on the list and also was the first to respond. She gave me the tips that I needed to make my house more marketable. She updated all of the photos and within days of posting with her as my agent, my house was a must see for many. Her knowledge and hard work ethic got my house sold in 6 months. She also went above and beyond after my wife and I moved out, to ensure that all of the repairs that I had set in place were complete and to standard. Stacey Garrett has more than exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey was able to sell our home fast and for the price we were asking. Within couple weeks there was already a buyer. Thank you Stacey for your professional and friendly service. We didn't want to make changes to the house and she suggested why we should but left the choice up to us.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey did an outstanding job from start to finish. With us being from out of state, she navigated us through the process and made the transaction easy. She utilized her local resources to go above and beyond her role as a realtor to complete the finishing touches to close the deal. We highly recommend Stacey as a realtor.
