She showed this property in October which was overpriced. We made a low offer because she even agreed it was overpriced. No deal was made at that time. Stacey continued to look for us and would send other properties that we might be interested in. I knew she had our best interest when showing us a home because anything she saw that might be an issue was pointed out to us. It was not just about making a sale. As our agent she made sure to keep us updated on the original house that we wanted. That house went off market for a couple of months. She kept a watch and as soon as it came back on the market with a lower price we were notified. Due to her diligence we were able negotiate and purchase that house. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED As a single mother, I owned my house for 6 months. I decided to sell thinking it would take months to sell. Stacey had an offer after 3 days. My inspection passed for the septic just 6 months prior. Come to find out, the old owner poured black top on the leach field. I had to get permits,replace the entire septic system. If it wasnt Stacey guiding me, I would have never been able to complete all the necessary steps. During this entire process, we were able to continue the sale. She went above and beyond!!
