ZillowVERIFIED Stacey is such a great agent that Ive used her for everything real estate, from buying our home (when we first used her 6 years ago) to renting our condo twice and eventually selling the condo, last year. She even found our renters a house and got our condo on the market in about a months time. There are no games with how she operates. Shes got connections for everything. She is straight to the point, honest, and gets things done so unbelievably fast that its hard to not think something was missed or wont go through, but that has NEVER been the case. She is on top of everything and right there to answer any questions weve had about anything. She even has a pretty vast knowledge about a lot of the technicalities with the internal and external construction and possible issues with properties. She really knows her stuff. I wouldnt even think of using anyone else, if we ever decide to sell or buy, this or another house, again. After we sold the condo, I joked that I wish I could start flipping houses so I could work with her all the time. Shes really that good.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacie is the best. She is a no nonsense realtor. Listens to here clients and puts them first. She is a beast!! We had buyers that wanted everything new. Stacey knew we wanted to sell the house ?As Is? and she followed through. We moved on from that buyer and she told us not to worry. Three days later we found a buyer and the house sold. She didn?t give in to the first buyers demands and it worked out for all parties involved. She is available 24/7. My wife or I would texted her at 8am and some times 8pm with questions or concerns and she would respond. I would not use any other agent but Stacy.

This time, it was for myself and my fiance (and our 5 cats) so we needed an actual house with enough room for us all and for potential in-laws. We looked at several places and Stacey was always willing to give her honest opinion about it, which is what I love about working with her. When we finally settled on a place, she worked hard to ensure that everything went smoothly and the entire process ended up going extremely smoothly. Her recommendations for lender, attorney, and home inspector were excellent as well. I have absolutely no complaints, I will definitely go to her again for any future retail needs, and I highly recommend her to everyone else too!

Stacey took us to see several condos in an effort to purchase our first investment property. She was very helpful with each pointing out specific benefits and or pitfalls from an investors standpoint. She took us to 5 in one day and was very patient. The best thing my wife and I personally like is that Stacey is just down to earth and genuine to who she is, no fake salesmanship like the local used car dealer. That for us was a necessity. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Stacey was not a good experience for us. She was friendly and fun at first, but soon she became blatantly frustrated and pushy with us. The last straw occurred when we caught her being blatantly dishonest with us about a property she and a colleague were trying to sell us. We parted ways after that, and I soon found a new realtor who helped us buy our first home a few months later! Lastly I?ll say this, Stacey knows her stuff. Never would accuse her of being unintelligent or lazy, just dishonest.

All had stellar reviews from Zillow and other sources, but Stacey was the one who clicked with us. She is very down to earth and relatable to us, but also she was the tiger in our corner when it came to dealing with the selling agents. Stacey was able to get our home sold in 1 day and above asking when similar houses in the neighborhood remain unsold for months. The her team members were on-point in helping us find our new perfect house in a perfect neighborhood. I have been looking months later and I still can?t find a better deal than what we got. However, when we finally connected she was very energetic and delightful. During our Home search she was in the middle of planning her wedding. ZillowVERIFIED Stacey was great to work with online. She sent me updates on the MLS everyday and we were able to do drivebys to see if these were actually properties that we wanted to look at. The problem came when it actually came time to meet with her. We talked about a lunch date on three different occasions but it never happened. I asked for open houses and she told me to look on MLS or Zillow. She said she would get me a list of rentals but that never happened either. Everytime I talked to her she asked questions about things we had covered in the prior conversation, even asking if it was a short term rental that I needed and how long I would need it for - knowing that I was looking for a place to buy. I think she had way too much on her mind. I finally found four houses I wanted to see and told her on a Sunday that I wanted to see them that coming week. She emailed back and asked if Thursday worked for me and I told her that it did. On Wednesday I texted to ask where we were to meet and found out she had not scheduled anything because she had not heard back from me. From that point on she got very defensive and acted as if I had said something offensive or degrading to her other than not letting her blame me for not following through. I started working with her at the beginning of October and still had not met her by December. I guess she is too busy to make money and give good customer service. I never even got an apology.
