Stacey Carnes Stricker

Hi, I'm Stacey Carnes-Stricker, a full-time RealtorA(R) and Broker/Owner with United Country OK Sunset Realty & Auctions in Elk City, Oklahoma, proudly serving Western Oklahoma and Southwestern Oklahoma. I truly love real estate, and I am passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals--whether that's purchasing a home, selling a property, investing in land, or exploring ranch and commercial opportunities. I began my real estate career in 1996 in property management before relocating to Elk City in 2007, where I transitioned into residential, land, and commercial sales. Over the years, my personal life has grown to reflect the ranch lifestyle through our family business, Deep Creek Ranch Properties LLC, giving me hands-on experience and deeper insight into ranch properties, rural land, and acreage sales--areas I specialize in today. My husband, Burl, and I also invest in real estate and flip homes. As licensed agents working together, we combine his ranch expertise and project knowledge with my strengths in property selection, design, marketing, and negotiation. We truly make a great team. Why Choose Me as Your Realtor? Quite simply--I work hard, and I market harder. Real estate is my full-time career and lifelong passion. I am a Top Agent in Beckham County, and I've been honored with United Country's Genesis Award for Outstanding Marketing. I consistently invest in high-quality, innovative marketing strategies to ensure your home or land gets maximum exposure both locally and online. I care deeply about the people I work with. My business is built on relationships, faith, integrity, and service. My philosophy is simple: put God first, serve people well, and always work toward achieving your real estate goals. Buying a Home in Western Oklahoma Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, upgrading, downsizing, relocating, or investing, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I partner with excellent local lenders who can pre-qualify buyers within minutes, making the buying process smooth and stress-free. From Elk City to Sayre, Merritt, Carter, and throughout Western Oklahoma, I take the time to help you find exactly what you need. Partnered With Ramsey Solutions I am proud to be a long-time Ramsey Solutions Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) and have partnered with their team for over a decade. The tools, training, and relationships I've gained have strengthened both my business and personal life, allowing me to better serve my clients with honesty, communication, and trusted guidance. A Realtor Who Becomes Family I am an open book and genuinely love sharing life with my clients. By the time a home is sold or purchased, I often feel like I've gained a friend. I've laughed with families, celebrated milestones, and walked with them through tough moments too. At the end of the day, real estate is not just about property--it's about people. I am incredibly grateful for every person who has allowed me to be part of their journey.
