ZillowVERIFIED I had an excellent experience working with Stacey Burkins my real estate agent to sell my home. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. She guided me through every step of the process, provided clear explanations, and offered great advice on pricing and preparing the house for sale. Stacey marketing strategy was strong, showings were well managed, and communication was always prompt and transparent. Thanks to Stacey and her team for the expertise and dedication, my home sold quickly. I truly felt supported and confident throughout the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure of working with Madison as our realtor. We have been extremely satisfied with the service from Madison and the Stacey Burkins Team. From the beginning Madison displayed a high level of professionalism and was genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect property. Madisons communication was excellent aEUR" she kept us updated and answered all of our questions, making the process stress free. She was patient, never pushed us towards a decision, but instead offered insightful advice. Madison was prepared from the first time we met to look at houses through closing. We received updates and details explaining due dates and deadlines. I highly recommend Madison to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made all the difference. We couldnt be happier with our new home and were grateful to Madison for making it all possible!

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey and her team went the extra mile. I can speak highly enough about her team especially Karen, she took her time to show us not only one but many houses until we were satisfied. With the market as difficult as it is Karen helped us sell 2 houses and helped us buy one house all that in a matter of 2 months. Thats what I call a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My family moved from New Jersey to St. John's County. Stacey Burkins was able to make the process as smooth as possible. Her local knowledge is simply off the charts. My family refers to her as Ms. Northern Florida. She completely understood who we were as people and our needs. She knew exactly what kind of home and neighborhoods we would want to live in. She may have even known better than we did. There was not one step of the process where she could not help us knowledgeably. She walked us through from our very first email listing right until she handed us the keys. You can tell it is more than a job for Stacey. Rather, it seems it is a passion to help families. My parents are looking to move here and the first thing I did was give them Stacey's contact information. I simply could not recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey & her team are the best! They are very knowledgable and provide excellent customer service. My husband and I used Stacey and her team to sell our home as well as to find us our new home. Not only did our home have several offers the first day but sold immediately! Without her and her team's assistance I am certain it would have taken lmuch longer to sell. Stacey and her team were quick to respond whenever we needed anything and did an outstanding job in finding us our new home. We highly recommend Stacey and her team and will definitely use them again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey and her team marketed my house in late fall 2017. They had extensive marketing including a custom brochure/magazine, professional photos and staging, and open houses. The house sold to a couple who first saw it at an open house. This house was in the higher price range for my area. We were under contract in 60 days. Stacey was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

ZillowVERIFIED We believe meeting Stacey was a blessing. We were putting our home on the market and she was placed in our path. Her caring attitude and professionalism just blew us away. She treated us like family, and was with us every step of the way. She not only did her job along with her fabulous team; but I would now consider her a friend. We will definitely use her when we sell our other home in the future, and recommend her to anyone who needs a great agent.

Stacey I had a great deal of marketing experience. When you list your home for sale with Stacey she knows exactly where and how to market it and gets it SOLD.! If you are purchasing a home she considers all your needs, style to find the right fit for you. She takes the same care if your are relocating, she is a true professional and makes your experience a pleasure. Debra

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey Burkins and her team are simply amazing! I highly recommend Stacey, Becky and the rest of the team. 2 1/2 days after listing, we were under contract. Within 35 days, we'd sold our existing home and our new home. Great team work! Becky and her husband even helped me to finish up my punch list by offering their time and energy! This makes 1 purchase, a sell and a second home purchase in 11 months!

ZillowVERIFIED She is a genuine realtor, NOT just an order taker, like some others. Stacey has sold two properties for me, all the while protecting my interests and the buyers interest . I have found her to be trustworthy, dedicated and in constant communication handling concerns rather than just getting a listing. She sold my last place in 48 hrs on market! I and I have also listed another with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacey is the hardest working realtor I've ever Met. She invests her time energy and money to make my listings stand out. I have never seen anyone sell and close deals as fast as she does. If you are looking- she is relentless in getting you the best ( I bought a home with her), and if you're selling ( she's sold for a client of mine) she will go above and beyond to get your home marketed to the premium buyers. I highly recommend her to present her marketing package. It will be hard to beat!
