I am writing to recommend Monika Carney for anyone needing a realtor. I had the pleasure of meeting Monika at one of her open houses, and quickly discovered I wanted her as my realtor in my home search. She was so helpful and supportive all along the way. From initially, on the spot, getting me the information I needed when she connected me with her favorite financing guru, which was just what I needed to find out exactly where I stood in the affordability market. Once the numbers were known, Monika quickly found several properties that fit my budget. During those viewings Monika was very engaged in listening to learn more about me personally and was able to grasp an understanding of my specific needs and desires. As this purchase was intended to be very long term- up through retirement years even though I have young children as a single mother on a teachers salary.
