Spenser Molloy

Spenser Molloy is the managing broker and broker/owner of NextHome Modern Realty in West Lebanon, New Hampshire. He serves residential buyers and sellers across New Hampshire and Vermont, with a focus on the Upper Valley and Lake Sunapee regions.

An Upper Valley native, Spenser brings experience in entrepreneurship, property management, short-term rentals, corporate finance/economics, and real estate management. Before founding NextHome Modern Realty, he launched and managed Sunapee Vacation Rentals, giving him firsthand knowledge of vacation homes, rental properties, and investment-oriented real estate decisions.

Spenser's primary specialty is residential buyer and seller representation. His supporting experience includes second homes, vacation homes, short-term rentals, investment properties, and select commercial real estate opportunities. Guided by NextHome's "Humans Over Houses" philosophy, Spenser helps clients make informed, confident real estate decisions.
