ZillowVERIFIEDThis is now the third time we have worked with Spencer on buying houses and truly we wouldn't use anybody else. Spencer helped us find a house in SLC while we were living out of state. He went above and beyond going to look at houses for us and filming them so we could see. He's honest about what he thinks and won't try to talk you into anything. He even took his contractor dad over to a house we were thinking about buying to see what he thought and told us not to buy it. He also has an extensive list of tradespeople he works with and is very connected in the community. He definitely made the stressful process of buying a house while living out of state as easy as possible. Hopefully this is our last move for a long time but I will always send friends and family his way.

When my husband and I found the house we loved, Spencer scheduled an appointment to see the house that morning, and he was able to make things happen so that we were under contract by that afternoon. He was by our side through the entire month of closing and became more of a friend than a realtor that we still stay in contact with and he still answers our calls just as fast as when we were looking at houses. This last time when we listed our house it was the first day of quarantine and then the earthquake happened the next day. ZillowVERIFIED This morning I filled out inquiry form to Spencer Williams on zillow.com to see if he was interested in selling our home for us. To his credit, he called me back immediately after the inquiry was sent. He said he would do initial ground work on the house, run numbers and calling me back within couple of hours to talk about marketing plan, etc. Well, I did not hear back from him. Instead, I heard from an agent who resides in my hometown. I had purposely contacted listing agents in salt lake due to the fact that I did not want anybody in my home town to be my listing agent. So this came as a surprise, that Spencer Williams did not have the decency to get any approval from me to release my information to somebody. He just simply asked the lady to call me. Very upset!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, is all I can say about Spencer! My husband and I wanted to purchase a home with at least an acre lot for horse property and didnt know where to start. Spencer quickly met with us just days after contacting him as a reference from a friend. Spencer was knowledgeable regarding the properties and expectations for our purchase. Spencer was always extremely prompt to get back with us and supported us through all of our decisions with helpful information to guide us through the process. We did find a home quickly that we loved however, there were some hang ups. The home had flooded between going under contract and closing. Spencer kept in close contact with the seller and followed through, including possible legal action, to make sure the flood damage was fixed appropriately per the seller. Spencer even went above and beyond and helped us through a difficult first night at our new home. No questions asked, Spencer was there asking, aEURoe How can I help?aEUR? At 11:00 pm on a Friday night. Ill never forget how much we appreciated this! We were always updated and kept informed of our progression! Spencer also gave us an excellent reference for a lender whom worked with us and supported us 110%! We always had our questions answered and felt completely taken care of in all aspects of purchasing our new home. Andrea, Spencers assistant, was also always by our side and supportive of our needs! I was not in a hurry to find something and he was not pushy, he sent me things and looked at the things i flagged in various websites and helped narrow down what i was looking for. There were some issues on the sellers side and Spencer was great in keeping track of that and making sure things kept moving. Vastly different from everyone else involved he kept me up to date with what was going on, it was a black box from everyone else which really annoyed me but Spencer sent me meaningful and frequent updates when anything changed or even when he confirmed that nothing had changed.
