ZillowVERIFIED Spencer and his team are highly professional. First, our condo was priced exactly right for the market we're in now. I was surprised when it was suggested what we could get for it. But, not only did we get a full price cash-offer, but it only took one showing to sell it at the listed amount. Prior to it going on the market, Spencer sent his home staging colleague over to assist us with setting up our condo to show it in the best way possible. My wife and I have a lot of experience in selling homes, but we learned a few things from this step and are glad we utilized this service, which was not an added cost. Also, Eric, from Spencer's team, came over to take photos of our condo to attach to the listing. He did an excellent job of showing the condo's space and features. When the listing went live, we had interest immediately and were able to schedule a showing for the very next day. It sold during the first showing!After we accepted the offer, we heard regularly via email from Lizzy with a list of items that needed to be completed throughout the next stages of the selling process. That helped keep us on track. Also, Spencer checked in via phone at least once a week to answer any questions we had, or to communicate any information or questions from the buyers or their agent. Spencer helped us find our new home, as well. Although we ended up building our new home and working primarily with the builder, Spencer was the one who understand our needs and took us to the builder that we ended up working with. However, that was an important connection to make, as we are now in our 'forever home.'All in all, this was the smoothest and issue-free selling process we've been involved in.I highly recommend that you talk with Spencer before choosing a realtor.
