ZillowVERIFIED Spencer Matheny exceeded our expectations in a realtor! My husband and I moved to the area from Louisiana about a year ago. The market here in Knoxville is much different than Louisiana. It took us awhile to adjust. Spencer put together comps on neighborhoods and presented my husband, who crunches numbers for a living, a market analysis, so we could understand where the numbers were coming from. After viewing 50-60 houses, we just in the last few weeks purchased a home, after 9 long months of looking! I was very indecisive, yet Spencer never showed his frustration, although at times I am sure he wanted to! He is very knowledgeable about the area and got to know us In order to help get us in an area that was a good fit for us.He is a great negotiator and worked hard to get the price we felt comfortable paying.I truly believe Spencer Matheny is one of the best realtors in Knoxville!!

We felt like we had a very particular home style that we wanted and he helped us get it! We toured 7 homes over a 3 week period with Spencer. Each time we gave him feedback regarding what we liked and didn't like he would come back next time with new and better options. The last house was perfect!!
