Spencer did an amazing job at helping me(first time home buyer) find the perfect home! From searching for houses to closing, Spencer always made sure I was comfortable and informed. Spencer is also well connected and knowledgable about the St. Louis area which gave me confidence in all steps of the home buying process such as submitting an offer, negotiating, and hiring inspectors/handymen. She was always in communication with me and responded promptly to any messages. Spencer also made sure to check in with me multiple times after closing to ensure everything was going well with the new house. When we started our home search with a different agent, we never imagined we would have to start everything over right in the middle of the process. But after some complicated title discrepancies forced us to back out of a contract, we did our research, asked around, interviewed realtors, and landed on Spencer who came with glowing reviews. Her knowledge into those complicated title discrepancies sealed the deal for us - we knew we found an agent with the expertise that we needed to feel confident enough to get back out there. She was diligent, knowledgeable, available, and excited to teach us what we needed to know. She always had an idea on how to make our offers competitive and never rushed or pressured us. We ended up finding a home that we still cant believe we could be competitive enough to get. In a time when everyone is waiving everything in offers, we came in under budget, with inspections, and the sellers agreed to fix things found in the inspections and even gave closing costs credits. Spencer never doubted that we would find a great home even when we were discouraged by the slow market. We could not be more thankful for Spencer and will be recommending her to anyone and everyone.
