ZillowVERIFIED Soraya is a God send ! She went above and beyond for me. She is always on top of her game, if anything needed to be signed or completed she had it done almost immediately. She knows her stuff and is clearly a well seasoned veteran. You can tell she wasnt just doing it for a check, she really wants to help her clients. Her communication skills are phenomenal, no gray area and trying to figure stuff out. Every-time I called her she always picked up. Finding an apartment in NY is already troublesome, finding an apartment in NY with a voucher is even worse. Soraya opened up that path with my landlord who never even knew about such programs. She educated him and took her time explaining things to him which ended up in him accepting me in the end. If it wasn't for her attentiveness, her ability to explain & educate I don't think I would have stood a chance in this NY rental market. She really did her thing, I love this lady she is the absolute best! Don't even double think it, she is definitely the realtor for you ! ZillowVERIFIED Soraya is a superb realtor whos a cut above the rest and I witnessed this first hand when she came to my rescue and aided me in not only the selling of my deceased moms home but the finding of the perfect buyers. My situation was a very delicate yet unique one. It went on for 6 months (market wise) give or take and Ill admit there were many of times where I wanted to quit all together. I had to go back and forth to court several times to fight off squatters whod broken into my moms home and had been living at the home for 2-3 years prior while I relocated to Florida for work. I have to say that without Sorayas thorough assistance and knowledge of the immediate circumstances, Id never wouldve been able to successfully sell my moms house to the right people and walk away with more of my personal peace of mind rather than simply financial gains. Soraya worked ever so diligently with me, aiding me in getting the proper closure I was searching for with the sale of my childhood home. ZillowVERIFIED I selected Soraya to be my realtor to purchase a home. My experience went from good to horrible in a short time. I provided many details on what I was looking for. The first day we met we saw seven homes. None were sufficient. One home had no closets. Some homes were in mediocre neighborhoods with less than average renovations. During the entire time, the listings she sent for review didnt meet the mark. The second time we met they were two houses I found. Soraya always dealt with me after hours. I finally found a home, on my own, and I wanted her to prepare the offer. She delayed the process for days with her always calling to saying he would contact me after 5pm-6pm. She doesnt have significant experience, she didnt treat me as a priority, she assumed too much and toward the end her nice personality became very cras. After I ended our services, I found out that updates she gave me on some homes were Lies. In one case, it was a new home of which I could have purchased, which is rare in Nassau County. Overall, she only cares about listings and honestly, her negligence has delayed my process, Especially during a time where the homes in Nassau county were still in the 4s. Do not recommend. Youll do all the work.
