ZillowVERIFIEDThis is not our first time working with Soraida, and as usual, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always went the extra mile to help. She also gave helpful real estate tips and is very caring in her approach. I will always go to her for any real estate transaction and would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I have never sold a home before, so I was a little nervous. Soraida's knowledge, caring spirit and professionalism immediately put me and my husband at ease. She sold our house in 12 days at full asking price! We closed the deal and will begin thinking about our next move. Whatever we do, she will be involved in the process, and I would recommend her to anyone. Awesome job Soraida! Helen Byars

ZillowVERIFIED Soraida did more than just help me buy a home. She gave me the support and courage to believe that homeownership was even a possibility for me. I had been looking for an apartment to rent for months and Soraida gave me the confidence to speak to a lender about the option to purchase. She put me in contact with a lender she knew and recommended, and the process began. Soraida was there for me every step of the way to offer encouragement and advice when looking at homes in an extremely tough market. She was always available for me, always ready to see a house at the last minute, and always made sure to be just a call or a text away; even making late night drives to towns far from her own, and submitting late night offers, well after she should have been enjoying time with her family. She explained every step of the process to me, and went above and beyond in even assisting me throughout the home inspection process. She was always advocating for me to the listing agent and made sure I got the best deal possible in my purchase. Without her knowledge and support, I would not have been able to purchase a home. She was the life jacket when I felt I was drowning and overwhelmed. Purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions you can make, and there is no one else I would have rather put my trust in to. I know Soraida made sure I put keys into the very best home for me and my children!!! One day, when I purchase another home, or if the time ever comes that I want to sellaEUR| there is no one else I would ever dare call. It is truly an honor for me to recommend Soraida Valentin-Trotman to any friends, family, or associates for any of their real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Soraida Valentin-Trotman is truly phenomenal. From selling our first aEURoestarter homeaEUR? the first day it was on the market for full ask. To negotiating a short sale purchase of our second home. She bent over backward for us every step of the way. Just when we thought we had secured our dream home and would never have to move again, my elderly mother moved in with us. We desperately needed more room. Soraida helped us clear over $200k profit in the sale of our second home. Then, the hunt ensued for our dream home. We toured dozens of houses across five towns and Soraida never tired. Ultimately, she helped us initiate the process to build the house of our dreams. We truly feel blessed to have had her expertise at the head of so many crucial transitions and transactions in our lives. If I texted her a question or an update she would often respond within minutes. Outside of her colleagues, she has family members working with her including her brother and sister who are all involved in helping her clients achieve the best possible outcome at the end of the day. Her brother can assist with property cleaning, junk removal, and handy man jobs while her sister can refresh any space with an immaculate paint job. When you choose to work with Soraida, and I HIGHLY recommend you do, she will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere thats convenient for you. Soraida will discuss what you want, go over any potential deal breakers, ascertain your price range, ideal neighborhoods, and more. When you finish, she will give you her honest opinion and feedback and ask follow up questions. She will bring her years of experiences and suggest you check out things you might not have considered. If youre still reading you can now see how it the past four years Soraida masterfully navigated us through selling, buying, and building. She made all aspects of each process clear and so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. She is there before listing photos to make sure your house is clutter free and show ready. She is there during open house pointing out unique features of your home that even you missed. She is there the night before the closing and the final walk-through to ensure the closing goes off without a hitch. On the buying end she is there with you for the final walk through to be sure nothing important was overlooked. All of this just speaks to her commitment to making sure we were well taken care of.

ZillowVERIFIED Soraida from the beginning of the process walked me through step by step. Never having gone through selling a home I have no idea what I would have done without Soraida and her expertise and advice on which way I should go next in the process . I feel like Soraida has to be unmatched as a real estate agent because there wasn't a question that didn't go unanswered and the entire process from beginning to end couldn't have gone any smoother for me. Soraida was available to answer questions pretty much any time I called or got back to me very quickly. Me and my family appreciate the amazing work that Soraida did for us in making the process as easy as it was for us on our end and doing all the hard work she did so flawlessly . Me and my family will definitely be using Soraida for buying our next home in the future .

ZillowVERIFIED Soraida is a highly communicative, transparent professional with a lot of area knowledge. Soraida is a vigilant house hunter that has your best interests in mind. She saved me from making a couple of mistake decisions after she looked closer into the issues of both properties I was considering. Most importantly, she helped with my approval process when I didn't even know where to start in the process of becoming a homeowner. I would recommend her before any other real estate professional I know to buy or sell your home.
