ZillowVERIFIED If you chose another agent, you made a mistake. Sophia is absolutely AMAZING. From a selling standpoint, she should change her last name to Days, because that's how fast she sells houses. Our old house was on the market for 2 days and we didn't have to worry about constantly being out of the house for showings. House sold for well above asking with a flood of offers and created the equity Sophia promised 6 years earlier when we bought it with her. She knew exactly how to price it to get it to draw interest and helped us know how to stage it to ensure the offers would come. On top of that, while we were anxiously waiting for offers, she was keeping us apprised of any development or feedback she received from showings.From a buying standpoint, it's a very tough an emotional process, but Sophia was always able to keep us grounded when things didn't go the way we hoped. That is not an easy task. Sophia has by far the best emotional intelligence of anyone I've ever met. We saw TONS of houses searching for the perfect one. The perfect one ended up being a house we saw early in the process, Sophia knew at that point that it was the house for us. We needed some time to see more to come to that realization. She has an amazing sense of what her buyers wants, needs, and tastes are. For the negotiation phase, I'll put it this way - Sophia is the only person I would ever let negotiate on my behalf for anything. I prefer to do my own negotiating in most instances, but Sophia is just so freaking good at it that you need to step back and let her do her thing. I've never met someone that works as hard as Sophia. It doesn't matter when you reach out to her, she responds quickly and with the information you're looking for. We worked with Sophia for almost 2 months and not a day went by that we didn't have at least 1 question or text message with Sophia. Every single day, she responded. There is a reason she has the ratings she does. She is absolutely the best real estate agent in the State of New Hampshire....Maybe the world.....
