ZillowVERIFIED We began our lake house search from the west coast in Southern California. We had never been to Missouri but Lake of the Ozarks is where our online search took us. The next step was to weed our way through all of the agents for an area we new nothing about and thus we knew absolutely no one! Zillows great references helped us immensely. We choose Sophia because both my husband and myself have an extensive military background and with Sophia being a Veteran and her husband active duty we had found our match. Sophia is absolutely amazing! She put together our own page full of houses that met our criteria and kept on top of adjusting the houses as she learned more about both my husband and myself. Sophia helped us to understand why some areas of the lake did not meet our criteria; flood zone, seasonal only docks, etc. All of the above house searching was done the month before we ever met Sophia. Once we met Sophia, we knew we had chosen the perfect agent. Sophia drove us to every single house on our list...that is a lot of time in a car with a total stranger that quickly became a great friend. After seeing every house on our list, we choose the second house we had seen. We never thought it would happen that fast, but Sophia was amazing at finding our dream lake house. The negotiation process was a breeze with Sophia as the leader of our team. Sophia was able to guide us every step of the way through the lake house buying process. After we were in escrow, Sophia was able to negotiate for the seller to make all electrical upgrades...WOW! We ran into a few snags along the way and Sophia always was there to helps us along...such as needing a local home insurance agency, who do we call to refuel the propane tank, and contact information for basic items such as cable, sewer, as well as electricity. We were complete novices since we had never been to Lake of the Ozarks. Sophia is absolutely the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with to buy a house. My husband I cant say enough amazing, glowing praises about Sophia. Thank you Sophia for all your hard work and helping us realize our dream of owning a lake house.

Lake property has so many features that determine value, i.e. location, view of the water, depth of the water, docks, and much more. Being a military family and moving around for over 21 years, it was important to find a house that would be our forever home as my husband retired. ZillowVERIFIED Sophia is a hard working pro! If your looking to sell or buy you'll be in great hands. I can't say enough with the day an age of Zillow, Trulia etc.. she must have thought we were crazy but she showed us about 10 to 12 houses a day. We decided on one and the sellers wouldn't fix a septic system so we started all over. Sophia again jumped into action! We would inundate her with homes, she'd do her weeding out and off we would go. Never a complaint, bent over backwards to acomidate our requests. Sophia truly exemplifies what a real estate professional she is. Negotiation skills, to making sure things went the they should for her clients, the whole ball of wax. I've bought 8 and sold 7 homes over the years and this was the best experience we have had, right down to the companies in the industry she recommends, top notch for sure!
