We had owned this home for 35 years so you could say the decor and style were dated (for example we had the same navy blue carpet throughout the living areas for 35 years). Since we both were living in Florida at the time, it meant managing logistics remotely. But Sophia stepped in and orchestrated EVERYTHING. We gave her a budget for renovations and right away her contractors started working. The first time was with my ex-husband, and Sophia and I worked through obstacles such as his thinking we could sell the house with a failed septic system test. Sophia calmly talked him through that. The second time was with a really bad contractor who hadnt gotten my house fixed in over a year. Sophia got me going, (which was part of the problem), got them going, and also had contractors who helped get the house fixed. She and her assistant went above and beyond more times than I can mention. In both sales processes, Sophia was unfailingly calm, knowledgeable, hard-working, business-like but often fun, and polite. She is just THE BEST, and if I or a family member or friend ever buy or sell another house in PA, theres no question that I would call her.
