Sonya showed us a handful of houses, and patiently walked us through the investment-angle, the pros/cons, and the livability of each home. And slowly but surely, she helped us to realize not only what we did and did not wantaEUR| but also what houses were good investments and which werent.After about 10 days of working with Sonya, my wife and I found the house that we knew we wanted as our forever home. So that same day, Sonya helped us craft and send our offer. NowaEUR| to be honest, we were extremely nervous placing that offer, because we knew the home already had multiple offersaEUR| and we REALLY wanted to live there.And thats when Sonya became a magician. Seriously, I think she waved a magic wand to get us this home. The pictures they took turned out wonderful, almost made me want to keep the house! I think the underappreciated part of being a realtor is dealing with all the small (and large issues) that come up before closing. The buyers were such a pain! Most recently, she did a great job of building momentum and interest our property. She also worked really hard to get us the highest offer out there. Her years of experience and guidance was also really helpful when the hard choices arose. Our home did sell fast, and so we had to find a new home quick. That meant late night showings and a lot of effort, tracking down info on a short timeline, finding comps, research, talking to other agents and neighbors, etc. When we found the house, Sonya negotiated hard on our behalf, speaking with the seller multiple times. When it was accepted, she and her team helped arrange everything--inspections, surveys, walk-throughs, requests, everything. It was full service from beginning to end.
