She is an individual who dedicates endless hours to ensure you are not only satisfied with the process, but educated on it as well. She connected us with a lender that met our needs and exceeded. She was extremely approachable and diligent. Once we were approved for a loan (we knew this needed to take place prior to purchasing), she had fliers printed and in a folder for every property we looked at for almost two years. ZillowVERIFIED She was rude and offered no help. I picked her because she was or had a Hispanic name, and told me if I had already been approved by a lender? I told her I was just starting to search and needed reccomendations in finding one. And she refused to even show me the house ....stating she did not show houses to anyone who was not already approved!
