She spent as much time with us as we needed, even showed us recreational areas that she knew would interest us. We never felt rushed or pressured. It provided the broadest range of information about the area, not just the real estate. From our initial meeting with her, she made the experience an adventure. Several times a week we received e-mail notices of new listings from her. On our seasonal vacations to the Outer Banks over the next two years, we would take a day to visit New Bern and look at eight or ten homes on the market. We just called her out of the blue as we were driving into New Bern. She opened her office to meet with us that day. We traveled back to see many properties in March. Hard choice between New Bern and Leland. Ended up in Leland. In November we found another property in New Bern. Sonja knew the market, gave us the right value for the offer and we closed on this one in Dec. 2017. She sent me initial listing and then weekly sent updates plus added new listed properties for sale.
