ZillowVERIFIED Seth Brothers are very professional in their handling of the real estate needs of the clients and are very upfront in saying what the market is like (even though initially I found it hard to believe but ultimately they were proved right) and what needs to be done for a deal. They communicate at every step of the way with the client and always keep them in the loop with whats happening. They go the extra mile in marketing efforts which is hard to find in other agents. Also in my case, they had the opportunity to market for sale instead of lease and thus earning higher commission, but they understood my needs and marketed accordingly irrespective of a smaller commission. Again a hard to find quality in other agents. I would be looking forward to them for my future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Q and the Seth Brothers team as we were getting ready to sell our house. We figured that we had some time between when we listed the house and found our new home. Were we ever wrong. Q had a stampede of qualified buyers through our house in a matter of days. We had almost 50 viewings in the first week and multiple offers above list price. When we sold the home we were in a mad panic to keep our family from being homeless. We made a quick offer on a home and were outbid the same day. We found another one quickly and Q helped us get the house we wanted for a price that worked for everyone. He negotiated well for a carpet allowance and helped get everything in place for a quick close. We did have to lease back our first home, but only for 3 days which was great!

There are many great things I want to mention about our experience with the Seth Brothers, and I'm afraid there is no enough time or space to tell it all! So I will try my best! In my opinion, the greatest thing about this team, is that we NEVER felt that they primarily cared about their benefits or their money.. Their NUMBER ONE priority was ALWAYS whats best for us. And even though I could claim that we are an above average family in terms of real-estate knowledge and already knew what we needed to do and accomplish, we still did learn a lot from the Seth Brothers and they were always very thorough in laying out and explaining all the facts that we needed to know before taking any decision. They were always VERY professional, passionate, considerate, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, and too many other things to list! We never felt neither pressured nor rushed to take a decision we are not comfortable with. They had our home sold in lightning speed time! With an AMAZING deal!
