When we were looking for a home in 2010, I would have told you I didn't have much faith at all. Our price range was very little for what we wanted. Long story short we had lost our home a few years prior. I loved my home and I never thought I'd find anything close to it. Our first time meeting with Sonia she showed us a couple of houses. I honestly left a little disappointed. I didn't like any of them, and didn't think we could even begin to afford what I wanted. I wanted my old home back, with some things I wished were changed. After a few days I got a text from Sonia telling me she found the perfect house for us, but we had to put an offer on it without seeing it. Well I had known Sonia since we were kids and I trusted her. My husband thought I was nuts! We owe Sonia and her husband so much. They are available for everything from buying the new home, refinancing, and even referrals for any home repairs, upgrades!
