ZillowVERIFIED I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Sonia Andriani. As a first-time homebuyer, I was unsure about the process and what to expect, but Sonia made everything straightforward and stress-free. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, listened carefully to my needs, and found several great options that matched my criteria. What really stood out was their dedication. Sonia was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer advice. They walked me through each step of the buying process, from viewing homes to making an offer, and even guided me through the inspection and closing process. Their attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked, and I felt confident knowing that I was in good hands. I highly recommend Sonia Andriani from RE/MAX to anyone looking to buy a home. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication make them a top-notch realtor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia was a pleasure to work with and provided outstanding service. She suggested a pricing strategy that produced a $10,000 above asking price offer within a few days of our open house. Her approach to marketing the townhouse was impressive and timely communication during the process was very much appreciated. Sonia earned our five star rating and we highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED A little late in adding feedback as we were settling in,but don't want to miss the chance to add review. We have been looking for a house from almost 2+ years and have seen quite few goes away even after offer acceptance. Sonia has been very patient with us and facilatate with multiple viewing of the same house, with inspection, getting documwntation in order and was there to help in any way she can. As a first time buyer , couldn't imagine so many things involved in home buying process. Highly recommended.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the current real estate market. She responded to all of our needs and questions in a timely manner. She always made us feel like we were her top priority. ZillowVERIFIED Sonia was incredibly responsive - we sent her the house once it was listed and she got us to go in and see it that same day. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, especially not knowing any contacts for home related things, having the assistance of someone knowledgeable was fundamental to facilitate the entire process. Sonia is very responsive and keen to pick up our needs on a home. With the help of her expertise we were able to make a competitive offer on the property and negotiate the value to a satisfactory deal. She provided excellent referrals for the other services needed, such as home inspectors and real estate attorney, helping us meet the projected closing date despite everything involved in the home purchase. Sonias expertise goes beyond buyers/sellers process, but also having good contacts with the other parties involved, which helped a lot even when some hiccups appeared throughout the closing. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend anyone asking to have her as their agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia Andriani did an outstanding job in the shortest time. I'd been listed with a different realtor for over a year and a half with no success. I only wanted a realtor familiar with the area and familiar with Harmon Cove Towers. In late December 2022 I hired Sonia, she priced my property right, her photographer took beautiful (non distorted) pictures and we closed in less than a month and a half. For the short time we were listed she stayed on top of things and always kept me updated with the best follow up (extremely important). She helped negotiate the price when I received an offer. Her commission was reasonable. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to sell their property!

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia made our real estate dreams a reality! As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the process, but Sonia made our experience an incredible and rewarding one. Sonia ensured that we were partnered with other real estate professionals that helped us to close on our dream home! We could not have asked for a better agent, and friend. It became clear early on that Sonias expertise and years of knowledge in the real estate industry, would prove instrumental in helping us to close on our dream home. Thank you, Sonia, for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia Andriani was an absolute joy to work with! Sonia guided us through the home buying process with ease and helped us to remain cool, calm and collected as we searched for the home that was right for us. Before we knew it, we had an accepted offer on the home of our dreams! Sonia hooked us up with her top notch real estate contacts (mortgage broker Joe and attorney Faris) who ensured that we would go on to close on our new home! We could not be happier with the level of service and highly recommend Sonia to others in search of a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Sonia has been incredible to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly has unmatched patience. We were looking for our dream home and she worked diligently over seven months to help us find it. Sonia quickly learned what we were looking for and spent countless hours going through listings, answering our many texts and going to look at places with us. She never rushed us or pushed us and we eventually found our dream home which she helped us negotiate (and win!) even though the market is wild. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to everyone. She knows NJ really well and made everything easy.

ZillowVERIFIED There are no words to describe how thankful I am to have found Sonia Adriani! I am a first time home buyer in a new city and little knowledge jumping into this experience. She has been such a guiding light, providing me with nothing but honest feedback, recommendations, and the best advice regarding great areas, comps, and property listings. She is not only very responsive, professional, and witty, but very successful in helping me find and secure my first investment property at a great price. I can honestly say I am sad the process is over because I wont be able to see her smiling face every week for showings but look forward to the next venture with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Sonia has been beyond amazing, she has the knowledge, insights and the relationships with all parties in the industry to help you on your home selling and buying journey. She was quick to get our home ready to list and was diligent in marketing and the showing process. Sonia was also very respectful of our time and followed all safety measures with COVID. In parallel she was keen to find our next perfect home and even guided us through the timely transaction of both properties. She put together a ( she calls a dream team! :D) for us from the get go to support us from the attorney to the mortgage broker, and would be constantly following up to ensure we were on track with things. Best of all is Sonia is honest, she will share her experiences and ideas on properties and help you make educated decisions. Our home selling and buying process was as smooth as it could have been. If you are looking for a experienced, trusted realtor.. Sonia is your realtor of choice :) Thank you Sonia for all your hard work!

It had been a very long while since I last sold a property and she immediately got me up to speed on current market conditions and other key info about the whole process, explaining things very clearly so it was easy to understand and feel comfortable. She communicates very well as I never had to wait for answers to my many questions. I very much enjoyed working with her and her team!
