The process was so rapid I had to ask for an extension and I got some relief as the buyer also needed a little more time for closing. We did not hesitate to contract with a new buyer after the original buyer failed to close. Again she moved quickly and we closed the deal. Sandy kept me informed about the events regarding the sale.
