Sondra was awesome, she responded to my email on July 4th which was the first positive. We had an appointment set for July 5th and a home under contract that same day. She was always available to answer questions and concerns we had. We were out of state buyers, so it was very stressful on our end, she took care of everything for us quickly and efficiently. My husband wants to know where her red cape is!! We would highly recommend her whether you are a buyer or a seller, she will work for you 100%.

ZillowVERIFIED Sondra has been a complete joy to work with throughout my house hunting process. I contacted her with very limited experience exploring the housing market in Enid, and she was able to immediately identify the style I was looking for in a home. She was easily accessible, very knowledgeable, and made the process fun! Would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Sondra was very knowledgeable. She explained the entire process (selling and buying) in a way that somebody unfamiliar with real estate transactions could easily understand. Quickly responded to all questions. Will definitely use Sondra again and recommend her to all of my friends that are on their home-buying journey!

ZillowVERIFIED When I started the process of selling my parent's farm, I was told it was difficult to sell a farm and to expect it to take at least a year. I found Sondra online and saw she had several years of experience and highly rated so I went in trusting Sondra would hopefully sell within the year. She sold it in a few weeks! Thank you so much Sondra for your professionalism and guidance. You and your team was so helpful and patient with me and got a decent price for the farm. Carrie

ZillowVERIFIED This guy is the best! We are military moving from overseas back stateside. He was our eyes and ears. As we purchased our home without ever stepping foot in it! We couldn't have had a better realtor or home buying experience! He went above and beyond on multiple occasions. He's not just in it for the money. He cares about his clients, the process, and the outcome. He respected our time difference but appreciated our time crunch. We will definitely be using him for resale! I highly recommend for military as he can work with POA's as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Miss Sondra is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, professional and competent real estate agent you are likely to meet. I have bought two properties during my time in Enid, OK, and I would not buy from anyone else. Our Family places its complete trust in her more than capable hands and could not have more peace of mind. She is intimately familiar with the area, market trends and preferences of both buyers and sellers. No matter how successful she has become she is never too busy for any of her clients. All complimented with her warm personality, and honesty to those she is working with, Miss Sondra is of the highest character and integrity. We are proud to have known her. I will always send my friends and Family straight to her knowing that they will receive the highest care.

ZillowVERIFIED Sondra worked with us for over a year looking for our next home. She never pressured us and actually talked me down from buying the first house I wanted. When the time came, she was our buying agent and selling agent. And believe me, she earned her pay. I was a crazy person calling her, texting her constantly. She always responded immediately and helped me calm down. Buying/selling a home is not for the faint of heart, but with an agent you can trust, it makes the process a little less painful!

ZillowVERIFIED Had a excellent experience with Sondra! She was very kind and I never felt pressured into anything. Some realtors, maybe most are a little pushy or try to pressure a person into something and I NEVER felt that way with her! And also she is very knowledgable about her job! Anything I asked or had a question about she had an answer for. Even if I didn't like the answer she had! With that being said she is probably one of the most honest realtors in real estate! Think very highly of her and would definitely recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Sondra listed and sold our home in less than 2 weeks and found us a new one Sondra worked with us day and evening. .Sadly due to husband's job in oil we had to cancel it all. Sondra was both understanding and comforting. As my husband's job recovers our plan is to buy a new home. Sondra will be the first we call wouldn't deal with no one else. Great person Great realtor
