On the other hand, Sokha was very hands on. It took a few offers until we got our house because the seller's market makes competition so fierce. But Sokha was very patient and had good negotiation strategies for each deal. We had 21 days to close escrow, and she was so great at coordinating the process. She readily available via text or calls. Buying a house can be stressful, but having Sokha in your corner feels reassuring. Highly recommended.

ZillowWe needed a new home and weren't familiar with the area. Contacted Sokha. She was able to be there for us wherever and whenever we needed, every part of the process was expedited. I'm sure we were a pain, going out multiple times, probably looking at over 40 homes, but once we chose wone, she was able to negotiate the price much lower than we thought possible, and even was able to provide us with a better mortgage company than the one we were going with originally. Even after the whole process was complete she's been there from us, and checks in to make sure everything is going well! My favorite part about Sokha is that in addition to being super competent, she really cares and wanted the best for us.
