I have closed well over 1200 Real Estate Transactions since 2009 on my behalf alone representing the sellers (banks, government entities, asset management companies, large real estate investment firms acquiring properties through pool sales, and typical homeowners, as well). I understand their negotiating methods and how their paperwork is to be completed correctly. I've filled out numerous BPO's, second opinion BPO's, and monthly marketing reports.
