ZillowVERIFIEDSlava is very professional and knowledgeable and made our first time home buying experience a breeze! At the start, he has a presentation and packet explaining all the steps in home buying which was very well put together. Throughout the entire process, he promptly replies to questions at all hours of the day and night and makes showings happen whenever it is convenient for you. His background in construction helped answer many questions or concerns about homes we were looking at. He has lots of connections in the home business too! At the end, he was a strong negotiator and got us the house for less than what the sellers were trying to give it to us for. He was great from beginning to the end! We had and pleasant experience with Slava and Im sure you will too!

ZillowVERIFIED The best and most knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever met. Slava knows how to get the deal DONE. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to purchase my first home at 22 years old well below market value. It was the first day the house was on the market, I was the first one to see the house and a few hours later we had a signed contract with the sellers thanks to Slava?s incredible negotiation tactics. There were 4 other offers that came in after mine but the sellers had already accepted our offer. Slava knows the market like no other, there?s a reason he was rated top 500 real estate agent out of the 18,000+ we have here in MN. If you appreciate working with people who do an amazing job at what they do, Slava is your guy. Thank you so much Slava. Can?t wait to work with you again soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Don?t even know where to start. Slava Daskalyuk is an absolute rockstar realtor. From start to finish, our experience with him was nothing short of amazing. He made showings a breeze, effortlessly navigated through the numbers, and helped us explore all our options. And when it came to closing, it was smooth sailing. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone; friends, family, you name it. If youre not working with Slava for your next home or investment property, youre missing out big time. Dont leave money on the table and settle for anything less than the stellar experience he provides.

ZillowVERIFIED Slava helped my parents purchase a home. I cannot say enough kind things about him. Im at this age now where I feel like I need to watch out for my parents best interests, so when they called me asking for realtor recommendations, it was a no brainer. Slava came to mind right away. He walked them through every step of the way, always answering questions, picking up the phone and texting back. In this day and age it is hard to find reliable, trustworthy people. I will forever recommend him to who ever is looking to sell or buy. Thank you Slava!

I am thankful for his honesty and knowledge which helped me make the right decisions. My only regret is not using him sooner. All my future real estate transactions will definitely be with Slava!

ZillowVERIFIED Slava was a wonderful realtor to work with. He is friendly, professional, and very organized. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, but for a better than anticipated price. Slava helped us write such a strong offer that we only ended up home searching for 2 weeks before finding our new home. I highly recommend Slava for anyone who is searching for a place to call your own.

ZillowVERIFIED I had all but given up on finding the right house, Slava not only found me the perfect house but was able to negotiate a better price in a market where everyone was paying over list. He was friendly, professional, and very responsive. He sent me properties that met my criteria the moment they were listed. When I had questions he responded quickly. When I wanted to see a property he was frequently able to get a showing the same day. Slava really listened when I described what I was looking for, found the home that was perfect for me, and negotiated for and got me a great price. There really isn't any more you could ask for from your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We havent bought or sold a house in over 20 years, and as you can imagine, a lot has changed! Thank God we met Slava! We had the smoothest buying and selling process with him- not only did our house sell quick, we sold well above our asking price! In this tough sellers market, we were able to get our offer accepted, and seeing what other people are going through with their declined offers and bidding wars, we were anxious, however, we trusted Slava in his very capable hands, and he got us our dream home with all of the features that we desired! Slava is THE agent you want representing you. Slava is knowledgable, responsive, hard working, and an expert negotiator! I whole heartily trust him for any and all of my or my familys real estate needs! Thank you Slava for your amazing work, our family is so ecstatic to be living in our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot begin to express how happy I am that we chose Slava to be our realtor. Most people I know who are looking for a home in our area have been searching for atleast a year in this insane market, with Slava's professional help, ours took just a couple months to find, and mind you our budget was not that great as we are young and this is our first home. Besides being someone we could call or text at any time of day to go see a house we liked, he provided us with many links & resources a first-time homebuyer would need thus showing he actually cared about our success in making a place our home and wasn't just looking to make fast money. Another thing I think is worth mentioning is that Slava never forced any property on us, but on the contrary, approached every house we looked at with caution, making sure we wouldn't be making a mistake in buying it, in other words, he really does care. Don't hesitate, this realtor is great :))))

ZillowVERIFIED There's not enough space here to properly detail how well Slava executed our home purchase. My wife and I are first-time homebuyers from California, and Slava was there for us the entire time. He did a tremendous job and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with all the steps and paperwork, all done remotely, from pictures to video walkthroughs, local lender approval, to scheduling closing to come to us. Beyond just knowing the details on how to get things done, he was extremely quick and diligent with all questions and support. He also did a great job in negotiating for us. He was very patient throughout the entire process and eager to please us no matter what we needed. My wife and I would highly recommend Slava's expertise to any family or friends looking for a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Slava does an amazing job. He knows the ins and outs of real estate, and knows a lot about the Minnesota metro area. He answers calls and texts right away and was always available to us. Slava managed to help us sell our home super quickly, while also purchasing our next home on the same day! In this market, simultaneously closing on 2 homes is practically impossible. Whenever any questions rose up, he would always have an answer and we felt secure in his capable hands. Slava has an amazing reach within the community of builders, realtors, title companies, and lenders. He was able to make our offer the best one, even if it wasnt the highest one in terms of offers, and this allowed us to purchase an amazing home for our kids to grow up in. It is true what they say- its all about who you know. Lucky for us, Slava is very educated and has a big network of people he works with. I would hands down use Slava for every purchase and sale in the future. He is a dependable and trustworthy agent, that is truly looking out for your and your familys best interests. Thank you Slava for being such an amazing agent, and now friend!

ZillowVERIFIED 10/10 recommend Slava was ALWAYS willing to make time to talk with me. He HAPPILY answered all of my 8 million questions as it was my first time buying a home. I felt very confident in Slavas knowledge and consulting prior to touring and when touring homes. He really wanted to know what I was looking for and made a point to tailor our search to that, but helped me to think about different perspectives outside of what most people(including myself) would think of. He really did and end-to-end job and for sure went above and beyond. I used Slava, because Ive known him for over 18 years and he is the most honest and hard working guy I know. He goes above and beyond and thats what I look for when buying a product or a service. Especially if I am spend hundreds of thousands of dollars. Thank you, Slava!
