ZillowVERIFIED Skyler made the buying/selling process as pain free as it can be! We bought a house in Kachina Village with him in 2020 (which was also a great experience). When we decided to move to Williams, he was fast at setting up viewings of houses here and gave us realistic expectations and recommendations for getting our house ready for market and listed. It was a whirlwind getting our house ready, listed, and closing on two houses in one month, but Skyler relieved a lot of our stress by arranging inspections and other things. We?re hoping that we are in our forever home now, but if it?s not then Skyler will be the first to know if we?re back on the housing market.

Living 2 hours away from the property is very challenging, and Skyler was always available to help with things that needed to get done to sell the house. He did a good job of explaining each step of the home buying process to us and explaining his rationale for his recommendations when we wanted to make an offer on a place. He also worked really hard to help find us a home and responded promptly. Skyler is also well connected into the community of other businesses/services that you might engage during the escrow and closing process (like home inspectors, roofing company, etc.), and we appreciated that he had recommended companies ready when we weren't sure who in the area to contact. At his recommendation, we wrote a letter to accompany the offer on the house we recently purchased, and we found out that the letter helped the seller decide to accept our offer.
