Skyler is an amazing realtor. First, I'd like to say he worked with my husband and I for over 3 years and showed us many homes before we finally purchased - he's in it for the long haul. Skyler isn't pushy, he's very knowledgeable regarding loan process/regulations and local area/neighborhoods - and when we finally made an offer on a home he was there 1000% through escrow, repairs that needed to be made, gathering estimates, and meeting inspectors. Skylar was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the selling of our home! We were working with a relocation company that hired two realtors to complete BMA's on our house. One realtor came in SUPER low and one came in on point to what we thought our house was worth. Skylar was the realtor that came in on point so he was hired to sell our house. And boy, did he sell it! From his breadth of knowledge, expert pricing suggestions, wide reaching marketing strategy and quick response time around the clock, day and night, he checked all the boxes and then some.
