ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a home. Skylar was my guy it COULD NOT HAVE BEEN EASIER. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner. I was intimidated by the process as all I've heard was how stressful it was and negative this negative that. Went on to rent for years. A 5 min phone call with Skylar was all it took to get me to start the process. This guy was answering my dumb questions before I could even ask them. He guided me on exactly who to call, where to go, what to look for etc. He would then continue to call and check in with me and give advice through the whole thing step-by-step. Yes this is their job but he really went above and beyond. Dude is professional, knowledgeable, and effective. All while being patient, courteous, and sympathetic. We closed in about a month (could have been sooner if we wanted). He now continues to call me after the fact to help and give advice on what to do after I've moved in. He remains my good friend after the fact and has earned my business from here on out. 6 stars from me. I will go out of my way to recommend him if I can.

Every single time I was frustrated or someone told me something stupid I reached out to Skylar and he, within a few minutes, had either a valid reason why things were the way they are or he found someone who could. One example is when I said "it would be perfect if we could close nine days early." The next thing I knew I was getting emails from several people showing the change in our date to close. If you need a realtor that not full of sh!t: go with Skylar.
