Skyla is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond for her clients and her knowledge is top notch! Our home was listed previously with a different company for a few months and it did not sell. I contacted Skyla to list our home which she got on the market in a few short days. Less than 24 hours on the market we received an offer 35K over asking price! A few days later we found our dream home (new construction) and placed an offer which we got secured for 10K less than asking which is unheard of in todays market! This was all due to Skyla's experience! She was always available when needed and knows the in's and out's of the buying and selling process. Skyla also has a moving van that she allows her clients to use when relocating which may sound simple however this saved us a lot of money. You will not be disappointed if you hire Skyla!
