He gave clear advice that helped us take it from a very lived in family home to a lovely staged home. With Skip, the process was very clear every step of the way. He helped explain each stage, answer questions we had quickly and concisely, and send us reminders as the next task in the process arose. We had our property listed and got multiple offers the first weekend. As we reviewed offers, he never once pushed us one way or another - he was very objective and professional. I generally don't trust sales folks and do much of my own research. I've heard how others' experiences with realtors have gone. I've never once felt Skip was guiding us for his own benefit. We are in the process of a new build, using him as a realtor (again, something I always said I WOULDN'T do bc of the headache) and he is, again, very trustworthy and helpful.
