Lancaster has been my home for over 20 years, and I've spent the last six helping people buy and sell here. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a seller, or just exploring your options, I'll guide you through every step.

Buyers: I help you find the right home and make homeownership simple, especially if it's your first. I get you into showings quickly, point out details you might not think to look for, and help you write competitive offers. If you're moving from out of town, I'm happy to do virtual tours so you can shop with confidence.

Sellers: I'll help you price your home based on what's happening in the local market, market it strategically, and negotiate to get you the best result. I'll be with you through the final walk-through, and I'm glad to help on moving day too.

We feel like we hit the lottery with Siti. She went above and beyond in every possible way you could?ve imagine to make sure we landed on our dream home. It was my first time buying a home. I requested to tour a home on Zillow, she called me within minutes. Scheduled an appointment, we toured the house. She was VERY honest and we both agreed it wasn?t the right house for me. She was very informative and gave me great advice. I kept looking on Zillow and found another house and sent it to her and within 5 minutes she had an appointment scheduled for me to go see the house the next day. It was a very competitive market and they had 9 offers. She helped me decide on making an offer. My offer was accepted and she guided me through the whole process. She was very professional before, during, and after the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Siti Bahaman was amazing! I retired in the midst of the pandemic and had no idea what I was going to do - but my wife did. She said to me lets get out of here! She then began a daily exhaustive search on Zillow. After almost a year into the search, one morning she screamed Ive found it! And I said where is this dream home of yours, and she said Gettysburg. We did the virtual tour, and she said this is it! We called Zillow, and a representative connected us with Siti. We told her we want to buy the property sight unseen, and she was flabbergasted!
